cut onion in tin slices and fry in oil in a big dish till brownish
add garlic
add masala (spices mix first in a bowl)
add meat and tomato
add 2 table spoons of water
let it cook to make the paste ( spices and onion dissolve) about 15 min
add arvi cut in 4 + yogurt + ginger - cook 5 min
add water , let it cook on small fire untill soft (covered partially)
when cooked cut cilantro and sprinkle on top
